Friendship for Grownups, by Lisa Whelchel
Lisa seemed to be completely honest about her inadequacies. She speaks from her heart, which she earnestly desires to be all God would have her to be. I still saw some of "Blair" in her personality, which I believe was the "superiority" to cover up the inferiority complex. She needed friends to build her up, but she discovered that she just needed to be Lisa. I have never heard her speak in person, but the book reveals a lot about her.
